Dacke Industri is committed to an open business culture and high standards of business ethics. Our whistleblowing function enables employees and other stakeholders to report suspected serious misconduct, irregularities or breaches of laws, regulations and our Code of Conduct. The service is an important part of our efforts to prevent risks and maintain trust in our business.
How it works
Employees are encouraged to raise concerns with their line manager in the first instance. If this is not possible or appropriate, a report can be submitted through our external whistleblowing service.
The service is provided by the independent partner WhistleB and enables employees and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct anonymously and confidentially. All reports are handled with a high level of confidentiality through an encrypted and password-protected system. Reports can be submitted directly through the platform in the user's preferred local language, making the service accessible across the Group.
