CycloneConcept reduces oil consumption and CO₂ emissions
CycloneConcept is PMC Hydraulics’ patented technology for efficient air separation in hydraulic oil, enabling significantly smaller tank volumes, weight, hydraulic oil consumption and reduced CO2-emissions.
A traditional hydraulic system has a large tank volume, allowing oil to pass through at a low speed and air to be vented. The PMC CycloneConcept is based on a technology which forces oil venting, making it possible to use a smaller tank.
By actively removing air from the oil, the solution helps optimise hydraulic efficiency, reduce oil consumption, and support more compact machine designs. The result is lower weight, improved energy efficiency and reduced CO₂ emissions.
