Governance and follow-up
Our sustainability work is integrated into our governance processes and followed up through clear responsibilities, targets and regular reporting across the Group

Governance and follow-up
At Dacke Industri, sustainability is integrated into the Group’s governance, business planning and risk management processes. The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the Group’s sustainability agenda and regularly reviews priorities, targets and performance. Group Management is responsible for implementing the strategy, policies and targets across the organisation and ensuring that sustainability considerations are incorporated into business decisions and business development.
In line with Dacke Industri’s decentralised business model, each company is responsible for integrating sustainability into its operations and driving relevant initiatives and improvement activities. This work is supported by Group-wide policies, targets, reporting processes and an ESG network that promotes knowledge sharing, collaboration and follow-up across the Group.
To ensure a structured approach, sustainability-related matters are integrated into the Group’s processes for risk management, internal control and business performance reviews. The Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) is a central part of this work and is used to identify, prioritise and monitor the sustainability topics that are most significant to Dacke Industri and its stakeholders.
